2 Hostess for european roadshow

we have two trucks and need a hostess for each one. Primary goal is to do the registration of the visitors with a tablet. (they hand over the tablet and let fill in the form) besides that they can offer the visitors to take some of the offered pasteries and have a drink. Clean up empty cups .
Depending on the amount of visitors ( varieting from 8 till 200 pers so far) this can be a long boring day or intensive with the registration!
